Smoothie Recipe

Mmmmm, I don’t know about you but I love making smoothies every morning 😋 So I thought, why not share this recipe! 😃 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here’s what you will need (feel free to add whatever you want! 😊)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

-2 cups of berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)🍓

-Add bananas if you want! 😁⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

-1/4 cup of milk of your choosing (I like to use almond milk 🙃 add more milk if you don’t like it thick) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

-Flax seeds (you don’t need to do this part but sometimes I use chia seeds)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

-Protein (if you don’t like drinking protein then try making a smoothie with it instead!) 😊⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

-Blend all ingredients!

-Enjoy your delicious berry smoothie!
